Room was clean but dated, same for bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Heater would kick in every couple minutes and was quite loud. Breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, yogurt, waffles.
The room was clean, including the bathroom. The internet was out during our stay. The coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. One of the side doors was inoperable. That being said, it is in a good location, there is breakfast (not a lot of you're gluten free) and it's clean.
The rooms are kinda of generic but clean. The staff was awesome even loaned the wife a wine opener. The breakfast is cheap food but not terrible. Location though is close to everything. There's a restaurant in the parking lot that has live music on the weekends
Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel and room are very simple, nothing fancy, but suitable for a quick overnight stay. We were originally assigned a room with a noisy smoke detector, and the staff promptly moved us to another room without any problem.
Stayed one night. Room clean but dated. Bathroom needs a Reno but all in working order and clean. Shower was in a tub but great water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable, the sheets smelled clean fresh. The Nescafé coffee machine in lobby is great! Our ac unit rattled off and on loudly. Fridge froze bottled waters.
We hosted out wedding guests at Best Western for our Wedding Room Block and our After Party. Stormy and the BW Team were incredibly helpful and kind to work with! All questions were answered promptly and the set-up was perfect! They made the planning easy and seamless for us. Our guests had a wonderful time! Thank you!
We stayed a night here to stop at the Walton Mountain museum on our way to the coast and we were so pleased! We had trouble with our booking app and the clerk at the desk was so helpful and patient! We were checked in and settling in in next to no time. She brought us a cot and extra blankets and was so kind! We needed help getting the pool bathroom door open and the maintenance staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and the lady who was keeping it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed after a long day on the road. We'll definitely stay again when we're in the area!
The system was down last night so it was hard to get a room but Deep (the front desk attendee) was awesome and tried his absolute hardest to figure out a room for us. He was very understanding and did awesome with the situation that we were put in.
